描述

：李二命令百騎司火速傳令將四個有權杖的重臣帶權杖覲見。
高士廉得到命令，發現權杖不見了，他深知此事不簡單，命令家兵，如果自己不能回府，一定要除掉太子在別院的女人（侯小妹），以免太子被情所困。
四人見李二交權杖，只有高士廉的盒子是空的，李二留下了高士廉。
雲燁和李安瀾在屋頂上關注著李二和四個人的動向，發現只有高士廉沒有出來。李安瀾認為李二一定是包庇高士廉，於是決定要進宮刺殺高士廉。
高士廉之前派去殺侯小妹的人失敗了，李承乾及時趕到救下了小妹，並將重傷的小妹送去孫思邈的藥廬救治。
辛月在孫思邈的藥廬看見了侯小妹，對話中，辛月發現侯小妹意欲暴露李承乾的計畫，她狠心沒有把救命的藥給小妹，讓小妹不治而亡。
與此同時李淵駕崩。李安瀾得知後情緒失控，雲燁巧妙安排她見到了李淵最後一面。
