Description
: "Love of the Divine Tree" is a Xianxia drama led by director Yin Tao (known for "Under the Power" and "Love and Redemption") and starring Deng Wei (known for "Till The End Of The Moon") and Xiang Hanzhi (known for "Sunshine by my Side"). This drama is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by the popular author Kuang Shang Jia Kuang on Jinjiang. Su Yishui (played by Deng Wei), a talented young cultivator, had his destiny changed by his master Mu Qingge (played by Xiang Hanzhi) eighteen years ago. Mu Qingge, known as the "female demon," was also branded with a bad reputation and presumed dead. Eighteen years later, Mu Qingge transforms into Xue Ranran (played by Xiang Hanzhi), and Su Yishui, now the head of the West Mountain Sect, takes the critically ill Ranran as his disciple, vowing to protect her for life. Thus, the roles of master and disciple are swapped, and various amusing and unusual stories unfold between them.
