Description

: "The Last Immortal" is a historical fantasy drama directed by Chen Jialin, known for "The Untamed." It stars Zhao Lusi from "Love Like the Galaxy" and Wang Anyu from "Twenty Your Life On" in leading roles. The series is adapted from the novel of the same name by Xing Ling and tells the story of two characters, Shui Ningshou Ah Yin (played by Zhao Lusi), a determined and ambitious water-elemental beast, and Gu Jin (played by Wang Anyu), the son of a sealed god, who meet by chance due to an unexpected incident. From then on, they embark on a journey to find the Phoenix Hidden Immortal Essence. Along the way, they are accompanied by friends such as Hong Yi (played by Li Yunrui), a fox from the Yao tribe, and Yan Shuang (played by Jianai Na), the princess of the eagle tribe. Together, they collect the Phoenix Hidden Immortal Essences, face various obstacles, repeatedly thwart the schemes of the antagonist Qing Lin and their subordinates, and assist in the revival of the Phoenix Hidden Immortal Essence. Throughout their journey, they experience love, friendship, and family bonds while striving to maintain peace in the world and fulfill their duty to the people.
