Description

: The fifth-tier town, Elephant Town, is preparing to transform and host an "international event": a marathon with 10,000 people. As soon as the news comes out, people from all walks of life gather for this grand event. Zhang Kuang, a local young man who dreams big, originally plans for his career to skyrocket by winning the right to host the marathon. However, he gets embroiled into a counterfeit money transaction and the elephant he "borrowed" from the circus disappears. Zhang Kuang has to borrow money in order to maintain his glory. But he doesn’t expect that his creditor is a local gangster on the wane. He has been spying on the circus territory for a long time, and wants to outwit them, but shoots himself in the foot due to his low IQ. At the same time, Uncle Zhi and Sister Hei, who started out counterfeiting banknotes in their early years, also have their own troubles. With the rise of electronic currency, the counterfeit banknote business is in decline. They want to use this marathon to clean up the last batch of stolen money.
