Description

: Mek has relied on making a living from the sea, struggling to make ends meet with his only fishing boat. One day, his means of income was taken by his debtor when he failed to make payments without recourse. When he comes across Darika, the daughter of his debtor, he acts on impulse and desperation and kidnaps her as ransom to get his fishing boat back. Being forced into the situation, Mek and Darika are thrown together on opposite sides of a deserted island. Darika loathes her ruthless kidnapper and tries many times to escape unsuccessfully. Until she begins to uncover Mek's true self, she sympathizes and slowly falls for him after many days and fiery nights. As Danika's father comes to her rescue, danger mounts, and the time nears to give him up; Darika's biggest battle could be with her own heart. Can she escape the man who holds her heart hostage?
