Born on August 8, 1966 in Ulsan, South Korea, Zhao Cheng He is a South Korean male actor with a background in stage acting. He graduated from the Department of Drama at Seoul Institute of the Arts. Starting from 2006, he gradually appeared in the historical drama series "The Great King, Sejong" and "Huang Jini", shifting his focus to the television industry. He left a deep impression through his role as King Jeongjo in the 2010 series "Sungkyunkwan Scandal". Afterwards, he also portrayed diverse characters in modern dramas such as "My Princess", "Romance Town", "Paradise Ranch", and "The Innocent Man". In terms of films, Zhao Cheng He has always been playing minor supporting roles until he gained considerable popularity through TV dramas. He played the ruthless and secretive gang leader in "The Yellow Sea" and garnered widespread praise from critics.
