Siti Hariesa's acting career began in 2019 when she became a finalist in the Drama Festival Kuala Lumpur 2019. Her first drama was Utusan Cinta Buat Adam, where she played Ainul. She then appeared in several other TV dramas, including Pink Smile and Life Lila. She achieved significant success starring in the drama Perempuan Itu, alongside Zul Ariffin and Mimi Lana. Following a controversy involving her and Zul, the drama was not aired for a year until June 2023, when it was finally released on the streaming platform Tonton.
