Ma Shao Hua, who belongs to the Hui ethnic group, was born on September 23, 1955 in Guizhou. He graduated from the Acting Department of Shanghai Theatre Academy and is a mainland Chinese actor. He is also a national first-class actor.
In 1996, he participated in his first film and television work, the anti-corruption criminal investigation series ""Hero Without Regrets”.
